HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. The role will primarily involve supporting hiring for our growing on-ground and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Connect with candidates, understand their profiles, and share relevant job opportunities.

• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.

• Assist with onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and employee engagement activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
