Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, shortlisting profiles, coordinating with applicants, and maintaining recruitment records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job roles

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases

• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

• Maintain and update candidate databases and records

• Send emails and follow-ups to candidates and clients

• Manage job postings on portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.

• Track recruitment progress and maintain reports

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

• Familiarity with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, etc.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email handling

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a placement consultancy or recruitment firm

• Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously
