📈 Conversion: Internship → Full-time based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle

2.Source candidates via Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn & social platforms

3.Screen candidates and coordinate interviews

4.Maintain recruitment MIS, databases & reports

5.Handle onboarding, documentation & post-joining activities

6.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support employee engagement

Eligibility:

1.Graduate in any discipline

2.Strong written & verbal communication skills

3.Prior HR internship / experience preferred
