About the Role

Sutra Luminis is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, employee coordination, HR operations, and engagement activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with candidates, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and managing multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate and employee databases.

• Assist with joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding activities.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.

• Prepare basic HR reports, trackers, and dashboards.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

• Perform other HR-related tasks as required by the team.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.

• Comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
