We are looking for HR Intern to join our team Adamant HR Consulting Pvt Ltd to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization
Below is the Job description.
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, Work INdia, Job Hai, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Contact candidates and explain job roles, requirements, and interview processes.
Schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers.
Conduct initial screening calls or basic HR interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate interview feedback and follow up with candidates.
Assist with preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies.
