Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee the company's human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and punctuality.
Coordinate payroll processing, salary revisions, and employee benefits.
Handle employee grievances, workplace issues, and disciplinary matters.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Conduct employee performance reviews and support appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Promote employee engagement, workplace discipline, and a positive work culture.
Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Salary & Location
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Job Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Job Type: Full-Time.
