Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding.

• Maintain and update employee master data, HR records, and documentation.

• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll-related data and coordinate with the accounts team.

• Handle joining formalities, employee files, offer letters, and HR documentation.

• Coordinate with employees and reporting managers regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and employee concerns.

• Support employee engagement activities, training, and internal HR initiatives.

• Assist in maintaining PF, ESIC, and other statutory documentation.

• Prepare and maintain HR MIS and regular reports.

• Support performance management, probation reviews, confirmations, and disciplinary processes.

• Conduct regular outlet/employee coordination visits as required.

• Ensure HR policies and company processes are communicated and followed.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple HR activities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, retail, or similar industries will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
