Job Description: Head of Human Resources (Real Estate Industry)
Location: Dwarka Sector 19-B, Delhi
Experience: Minimum 7 Years (Real Estate Industry background is Mandatory) Reporting to: Managing Director / CEO
Role Objective
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented HR Head with deep expertise in the Indian Real Estate sector. The successful candidate will lead the entire HR function, with a primary focus on aggressive hiring for sales and technical teams, designing industry-specific incentive structures, and implementing robust grievance and policy frameworks to drive organisational growth.
Core Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Strategic Hiring (Priority)
Sales Force Expansion: Design and execute aggressive recruitment drives to hire high-performing Sales Managers, Channel Partner (CP) Managers, and Direct Sales teams.
Technical & Corporate Hiring: Source and recruit specialised roles, including Architects, Civil Engineers, Liaison Officers, and CRM professionals.
Networking: Leverage industry connections to headhunt senior leadership and niche talent within the NCR real estate market.
2. Policy Formulation & Statutory Compliance
HR Infrastructure: Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, SOPs, and employee
handbooks tailored for real estate operations (Corporate vs. Site).
Legal Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with Indian Labor Laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and RERA-related workplace norms.
Contract Management: Manage vendor and contractor agreements for third-party site staff and security.

3. Training & Organisational Development (L&D)
Sales Training: Organise regular training on negotiation skills, product knowledge (project-
specific), and lead conversion for the sales team.
Leadership Grooming: Identify high-potential employees for succession planning and leadership roles.
4. Performance & Payroll Management
Incentive Modelling: Design and manage complex, performance-linked incentive and commission
structures unique to real estate sales.
PMS Implementation: Oversee the annual appraisal cycle and set clear, measurable KPIs/KRAs for both office and field staff.
Payroll Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department.
5. Grievances & Employee Relations
Dispute Resolution: Act as the primary authority for resolving employee grievances and
maintaining a professional work culture.
Employee Engagement: Design initiatives to reduce the high attrition rates common in the real estate sector and improve employee morale.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in HR, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role strictly within a Real Estate or Property Development firm.
Education: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources from a recognised institute.
