Job Description

•    Managing recruitment activities across all of India through various sources.
•    Managing the entire recruitment cycle
•    Sourcing Qualified CVs
•    Conducting interviews, discussing offers with prospective candidates, and coordinating with other related departments. 
•    Salary Negotiation
•    Reference check and collecting all relevant documents from new joiners — responsible until the candidate's joining.
