We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team at Talentmobi to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
Handle HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee records.
Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to company HR policies.
Process payroll by managing attendance, leave, and employee data.
Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve workplace queries.
Support performance management, including appraisals and performance reviews.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and dashboards.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
Assist in implementing and improving HR policies and processes.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
