Responsibilities for field recruiter

Building and maintaining a database of quality candidates per market for current and future openings
Network through industry contacts, association memberships and employees for top talent
Develop and foster relationships with social media.
Develop and execute a recruiting plan for open positions
Utilize social media to actively source passive candidates
Pre-screen candidates to ensure qualifications are met
Utilize advertising methods for openings as appropriate
