We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team at Carhai Motors Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and will play a key role in managing our recruitment cycles, enhancing employee engagement, and streamlining our administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews for various roles (Sales, Telecallers, and Admin).
Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance review cycles and help track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Campus Liaison: Coordinate with university placement cells to organize campus recruitment drives and internship programs.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an HR role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for interviewing and internal correspondence.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead small-scale projects or recruitment drives.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills
Experience within the automotive or e-commerce sectors.
Strong networking skills for identifying talent through platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
