Position: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for marine crew and office staff

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation as per statutory requirements

• Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maritime regulations

• Handle employee queries, grievances, and performance evaluations

• Assist in payroll coordination and attendance monitoring

• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations

Qualifications:

• Graduate (in any field)

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or maritime sector

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information

Preferred:

• Experience working in crewing or shipping industry

• Understanding of labor laws and maritime certifications
