Job Summary:
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with the management to understand the staffing requirements, source candidates through various channels, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for full cycle recruiting functions to assist in maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates
Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, etc.)
Creatively attract new talent using multiple sources to advertise, source and recruit
Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plan for staffing and recruitment. You will assist in identifying and selecting qualified candidates.

Implement progressive sourcing strategies including networking, social media, professional associations and organizations to provide access to top tier applicants
Maintain accurate and organized recruitment/applicant files in order to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function
Providing with critical Talent Acquisition metrics and management information in order to make data driven decisions
Strong understanding and experience for Campus Hiring
Partner and manage recruitment agencies and other vendors, (i.e. external recruiters) associated with recruitment; ensure vendor contracts are in place and approved
To take care of all aspects of employee connects post recruitment.

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree
Proven 0 - 2 years of work experience as an HR Recruiter.
Familiarity with Job portals and resume databases.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
