Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for handling people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination

Support onboarding and induction of new employees

Address employee queries and maintain healthy work environment

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities

Assist in performance management processes

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word)

Ability to handle confidential information

Problem-solving and organizational skills

Qualifications:

MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Candidates with minimum 1 year experience can apply

Salary:

15k-20k

Working Hours:

Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
