
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for logistics and field workforce (warehouse staff, supervisors, executives, etc.)
Manage bulk hiring drives within defined TAT
Conduct field recruitment activities, job fairs, campus drives, and local sourcing campaigns
Source candidates through job portals, vendors, references, and field networks
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate on boarding and joining formalities
Support payroll inputs collection such as attendance, new joiners, exits, and salary data
Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and query resolution
Maintain employee database and HR records
Handle HR generalist activities and employee coordination
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Coordinate with consultants and vendors for manpower fulfilment
