Your Role at Votiko

As an HR Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our team. Your day-to-day will include:
🔍 Handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
📝 Maintaining HR documents, policies, and compliance records
👋 Managing employee entry and exit processes
📚 Organizing training & development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Education: Bachelor’s in Human Resources or a related discipline
✔️ Experience: Prior HR experience is a plus, but not mandatory
✔️ Skills: Great communicator, organized, and a natural people-person
✔️ Tech Skills: Comfortable with MS Office and basic HR tools
✔️ Bonus: Awareness of labor laws and HR best practices
