Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Executive with a strong background in IT Recruitment and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

IT Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities.

• Support employee relations and HR policy implementation.

• Coordinate with management on HR-related activities and processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment and HR Operations.

• Strong experience hiring for IT and Software Development roles.

• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple positions and HR tasks simultaneously.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

✅ 2+ Years of IT Recruitment Experience
✅ Experience Working in IT Services / Software Development Industry
