Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of HR processes and preferably experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Hotel Management industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.

• Manage recruitment requirements for different departments and positions.

• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and employee onboarding.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Handle employee relations and address routine employee queries and concerns.

• Plan and support employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work environment.

• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and recruitment status.

• Assist in attendance, leave, and other day-to-day HR activities.

• Ensure proper communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines to employees.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

• Understanding of HR practices in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Hotel Management will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements and HR tasks.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Positive attitude, professional approach, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Female candidates preferred.

• 6 Months – 1 Year of relevant HR experience.

• Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Hotel Management will be preferred.

• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
