Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
Coordinate with candidates and departments for smooth joining and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll processing, salary inputs, PF/ESIC and related HR activities.
Support employee engagement activities, events and internal communication.
Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
Assist in implementing company HR policies and processes.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper HR documentation.
Key Skills
Strong Recruitment & Talent Acquisition skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of Payroll, PF & ESIC
Employee engagement and coordination
MS Excel / Google Sheets
HR documentation and record management
Problem-solving and team-handling skills
