Job Role:
We are looking for an HR Executive who will handle recruitment, employee coordination, and basic HR operations for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post job openings on job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Support HR operations and team management
Requirements:
• Graduate in any field (HR preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• 0–2 years experience (Freshers can also apply)
