Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment, payroll management, and excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement.

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.

• Prepare HR reports and MIS using MS Excel, with strong command over VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and HR policies.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes for staff-level hiring.

• Good command over payroll management.

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, especially VLOOKUP & HLOOKUP.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field preferred.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (preferred).

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
