Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Reports To: Management

Office Timing: 🕘 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

Padmawati Extrusion Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and organized HR Executive to handle recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and statutory compliance for its manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for factory and staff positions

• Employee onboarding, induction, and HR documentation

• Attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

• Handling employee grievances and discipline matters

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Factory Act)

• Maintaining HR records, files, and MIS reports

• Assisting in training programs and performance appraisals

Qualification

🎓 MBA (HR) / MSW – Mandatory

Experience

• 0 to 2 years

• Manufacturing / Factory HR experience preferred

Skills Required

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

• Ability to handle factory manpower

• MS Office proficiency

Salary / Budget
