Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and job portals.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Maintain recruitment databases and reports using MS Excel.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Support onboarding activities and employee engagement initiatives.

• Follow up with newly joined employees to improve retention and satisfaction.

• Participate in employer branding and talent attraction activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate

• MBA HR Preferred

• Freshers Can Apply

• Experienced Recruiters 1 to 3 Year Preferred
