Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Assist with joining and on boarding formalities for new employees.
Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, and other HR-related requirements.
Support the HR team in preparing HR reports.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Help organize employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.
Support the HR team with policies, processes, and administrative activities.
