Human Resources (HR) Executive – Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and exit processes.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.

• Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.

• Organize training and employee engagement activities.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics.

• Support performance appraisal and talent management processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.

• Experience with HRMS software and Microsoft Office.

• Organizational and time management skills.

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
