Gender: Male Candidates Only

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.

Hindi communication is mandatory along with good English and Tamil communication skills.

Hands-on experience in employee onboarding is mandatory.

Good understanding of HR operations, employee documentation, and joining formalities.

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Immediate or short-notice joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete employee onboarding and induction process.

Coordinate documentation, joining formalities, and employee records.

Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Coordinate with internal departments for employee joining requirements.

Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.

Assist in HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities.
