Field recruiter

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our team in Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will be the face of our recruitment efforts on the ground, primarily responsible for the mass hiring of blue-collar workforce. Your core focus will be sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery partners (delivery boys, riders, and bikers).

Key Responsibilities

• Field Sourcing: Actively source and attract blue-collar candidates directly from the field using local networks, canopies, job melas, and referrals.

• End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle—from initial screening and document verification to final onboarding of riders/bikers.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly mass-hiring targets to ensure steady manpower availability for business operations.

• Market Mapping: Identify high-potential hiring hotspots within your assigned territory and execute localized recruitment drives.

• Candidate Engagement: Act as a reliable point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and engaging joining process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is compulsory.

• Experience: Proven track record in mass / blue-collar recruitment. Prior specific experience in hiring delivery boys, riders, or bikers is strictly required.

• Language Skills: Must be highly fluent in the local language (Tamil). Working knowledge of English is an added advantage.

• Attributes: Highly presentable, approachable, and equipped with excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Mobility Requirement: Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license. The role requires extensive daily field travel within the designated area

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
