We are looking for a HR Executive (Payroll) to join our team at Shubham Biz Facility Management Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks Handle HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and policy implementation. Resolve employee grievances and foster positive workplace relations. Ensure documentation and compliance with company standards. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000 and growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
Working Hrs- 9:30 AM -6:45 PM.
WORKING DAYS- 6 DAYS ( W. OFF - SUNDAY)
