Position Details

• Role: HR Executive

• Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)

• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

• Handle recruitment requirements for multiple centers across India as and when required.

• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.

• Support employee relations by addressing employee queries, concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Manage HR administration activities such as employee records, documentation, attendance, and coordination with payroll.

• Assist in the implementation and adherence to HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Training & Location

• For initial training, the candidate will be based at Janakpuri West under the guidance of the HR Manager.
