Work Location: Sector 62, Noida
Role Overview
We are hiring an HR & Admin Executive to manage HR coordination, office administration, and executive support functions.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee documentation
· Maintain attendance, leave records, HR files, and payroll inputs
· Manage office administration, vendors, supplies, and daily operations
· Draft letters, reports, and maintain records
· Support founder/management with scheduling, follow-ups, travel bookings, and coordination tasks
· Assist in meetings, task tracking, and general executive assistance
Requirements
· Graduate in any discipline
· 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Organized, dependable, and proactive approach
· Basic MS Excel / Word knowledge
Salary
As per experience + performance incentives
