Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce planning.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
