Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations,

specifically in statutory compliance, employee record management, and general HR activities. The

ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ESI, PF, attendance & leave management, and

basic HR compliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer ESI & PF filings and maintain related records.

• Ensure accurate attendance tracking and leave management.

• Support compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for compliance matters.

• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and routine HR operations.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and statutory benefits.

• Prepare and maintain HR MIS Reports as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, leave records, and HR legal compliances.

• Good understanding of basic HR operations.

• Effective communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, HR portals).

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Experience in HR operations or statutory compliance will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
