Job Title: HR Executive
Company: Prashant Logistics
Location: (Paldi Kankaj)
Salary (In-hand): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary:
Prashant Logistics is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth functioning of HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Manage employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR-related reports as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12th Pass & Any Graduate
0–2 years of experience in HR (freshers can also apply).
Knowledge of HR processes, documentation.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities responsibly.
Working Hours:
(09:30Am to 06:30Pm)
