Job Description – HR Executive / HR Manager

Experience: 4–6 Years

Industry: Manufacturing

Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing Unit

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, recruitment, and workforce management while supporting business and plant HR requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave and payroll coordination.

- Handle plant/manufacturing HR activities, workforce management and employee relations.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

- Manage contract labour/third-party manpower and coordinate with contractors.

- Support performance management, training & development, employee engagement and grievance handling.

- Maintain HR MIS, manpower reports, attendance and attrition data.

- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and workforce requirements.

- Support audits, inspections and statutory documentation.

- Drive HR policies, discipline, employee welfare and organizational initiatives.

- Work closely with management to resolve employee-related issues and improve workplace effectiveness.

Desired Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of labour laws, HRMS/HRIS, MS Excel, payroll & statutory compliance, employee relations, and hands-on experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
