HR Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Caller / HR Executive to handle recruitment-related calling, candidate coordination, and basic HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job openings

• Explain job roles, salary, training, and company policies clearly

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

• Maintain and update candidate data in records

• Coordinate between candidates and management

• Handle basic HR tasks such as onboarding support and documentation

• Achieve daily calling and recruitment targets

• Maintain professional and polite communication at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Ability to convince and counsel candidates

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
