Salary: 8k to 15k

Job Location: Kandivali West

Responsibility:

Ø Shortlisting Relevant Profiles based on Job description.

Ø Identifying Prospective Candidates through Networking Sites, Portals and Personal References.

Ø Job posting and mass Mailing on portals as per the requirement given.

Ø First level filtering of candidates through telephonic interviews Understanding and briefing the company profile, JD, roles and responsibilities of the candidate.

Ø Involved in Sourcing for Multiple Requirements Maintaining tracker sheets: requirement wise for candidates sourced

Ø Continuous follow-up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion.

Ø Submission of shortlisted profiles to hiring managers and arranging interviews.
