Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and recruitment skills with the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references & social media.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through the joining process.
• Achieve defined recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements

✅ 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
✅ Strong sourcing & screening skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Good understanding of recruitment processes
✅ Target-oriented and proactive approach
✅ Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
