Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions and support day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling recruitment and selection process (screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Managing employee records and HR documentation
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Implementing HR policies and procedures
Employee engagement and grievance handling
Coordinating training and development activities
Supporting management in HR-related tasks
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
1–3 years of experience in HR (freshers can also apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficient in MS Office
