Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring)

• Handle employee onboarding and induction processes

• Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures

• Manage complete employee lifecycle (joining to exit)

• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR MIS

• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll support

• Address employee queries and handle grievance management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

• Support performance management and employee engagement activities

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle

• Basic knowledge of the digital marketing or IT industry

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiners will be given preference

• 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role

• Organized, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
