Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn social media, employee referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Stay updated on hiring trends and recruitment best practices
