## Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and professional HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administrative activities. The candidate will support daily HR operations and help maintain a positive work environment.
## Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
* Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
* Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
* Coordinate training and development activities.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
* Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements.
## Required Skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
