HR Executive – Payroll & Compliance
Location: Chembur
Experience: 3–5 Years
Job Description:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, and payroll records.
Handle attendance, leave, and employee records accurately.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related queries and documentation.
Maintain HR MIS, reports, and personnel records.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR policies and processes.
Required: Good knowledge of payroll, attendance & leave management, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
