HR Executive / HR Recruiter – Job Description

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.

- Follow up with candidates for selection and joining.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.

- Complete joining and employee documentation.

- Assist with day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream; HR qualification preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in recruitment/candidate handling preferred.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
