🔎 Job Description

The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations and act as a bridge between employees and management. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, performance management, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle job postings, screening, interviews, hiring

Manage joining formalities and employee documentation

Policy & Compliance

Develop, update, and implement HR policies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

Employee Relations

Handle grievances and conflict resolution

Conduct exit interviews and maintain healthy employee relations

Performance Management

Support performance appraisals and goal-setting processes

Compensation & Benefits

Assist in payroll processing, leave management, benefits, and increments

Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs

HR Administration

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Support HR systems and reporting

Employee Engagement

Organize engagement activities, wellness programs, and initiatives
