1. Manpower Planning & Cost Control
Plan manpower as per sales volume, warehouse operations, and business expansion
Control employee cost within approved HR budget
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Hiring for Sales, Accounts, Operations, Store/Warehouse, Support staff
Vendor coordination for manpower (security, housekeeping, drivers, etc.)
Smooth onboarding, joining formalities, and induction
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Monitor attendance, late coming, overtime, and leave records
Coordinate payroll processing with Accounts / Consultant
Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory deductions
5. Performance Management & Sales Support
Implement simple KPI-based performance tracking (especially for Sales team)
Support incentive and commission structure implementation
Assist management in performance reviews and corrective actions
6. Employee Discipline & Relations
Handle employee grievances and misconduct issues
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and workplace ethics
Issue warning letters, notices, and disciplinary records
7. HR Policies & SOPs
Draft and implement practical HR policies suitable for our company
Attendance, Leave, Travel, Sales Incentive, Code of Conduct policies
Ensure policy adherence across departments
8. Training & Skill Development
Basic induction and process training
Sales etiquette, product knowledge coordination
Safety training for warehouse and logistics staff
9. HR Administration & Records
Maintain employee files, appointment letters, confirmations, exits
Manage ID cards, visiting cards, assets handover
Maintain HR MIS reports for management review
10. Employee Retention & Engagement
Reduce attrition, especially in Sales and Operations
Handle employee motivation, recognition, and engagement activities
Act as first point of contact for employee issues
11. Exit Management
Manage resignations, notice period, and handover
Full & final settlement coordination
Exit interviews and feedback reporting
12. Support to Management
HR advisory to promoters and department heads
Support business expansion, new branch setup, or restructuring
Act as bridge between management and employees
