Skills Required:
1. Communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
2. Draft emails, official letters, and maintain records.
3. Use MS Word and Excel for reports, attendance, and data.
4. Handle staff attendance and support recruitment work.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handle recruitment activities from sourcing to hiring.
2. Manage onboarding activities including documents and induction.
3. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
4. Monitor attendance and leave records for payroll.
5. Communicate HR policies and address employee queries.
6. Manage exit activities including resignations and settlements.
