Job Description:
Path Found Biogas Private Limited is looking for a dynamic Admin cum HR Executive to handle both office administration and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day administrative tasks along with HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office administration and documentation

• Maintain site attendance and employee records

• Coordinate site-related administrative activities

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

• Support payroll processing and attendance management

• Ensure HR compliance and proper record management

• Handle employee coordination and HR support activities

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Admin/HR role

• Qualification: Graduate (HR / Business Administration preferred)

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with site teams
