We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Conduct reference and background checks
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Prepare job offers and negotiate compensation packages
Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and hiring platforms
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in bulk hiring or industry-specific recruitment
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
