Role Overview: Influx Talentlink Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment for leading manufacturing companies across Bharat. This role is ideal for a fresher female candidate with strong academic grounding in HR and a passion for building careers in recruitment.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: MBA in Human Resources

• Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)

• Gender: Female candidates preferred

• Location: Pune (Sadashiv Peth office-based role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs in the manufacturing sector.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels.

• Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Build strong candidate pipelines aligned with industry requirements.

• Ensure ethical, transparent, and professional hiring practices.
